What is the difference between white label and private label — and which one does 4EverAlive offer?
Both terms are often used interchangeably in the beauty industry. At 4EverAlive Labs, the process works like this: you choose from their professionally pre-formulated, ready-to-fill skincare and bath & body products, add your own logo and branding, and sell them as your own line. There is no need to develop custom formulas from scratch. This gives you the speed of white labeling with the brand ownership of private labeling, the best of both worlds.
I own a spa or salon — do I have to create my own brand, or can I just buy products to use in treatments?
You have both options. You can purchase 4EverAlive Labs products exactly as they are — no branding required — and use them immediately in your treatment room or on your service menu. Or, if you want to build a signature line to sell at your front desk or online, you can add your logo and launch your own branded collection. Many spa and salon owners do both.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) to start a private label line?
The minimum order requirement is 50 retail-ready units or 1 gallon per product style/type. This low MOQ makes it accessible for small spas, independent estheticians, and first-time brand founders to launch without committing to massive inventory upfront.
How long does it take to receive my branded products after placing an order?
Your private label order will be ready to ship approximately 2 weeks after your digital proof is approved. This is significantly faster than custom formulation, which can take longer.
Do I need to have a logo or design ready before I order?
You do not need artwork ready before placing your order, but you will need it shortly after. Once your order is confirmed, a 4EverAlive Labs representative will reach out within 1 business day to collect your logo. Artwork must be submitted as an Adobe Illustrator file (.ai or .eps), vector only, with fonts converted to outlines, in CMYK mode. JPG, PNG, and GIF files are not accepted for printing, but don't worry, we will help you to get that as well.
What support does 4EverAlive Labs provide after I launch my brand?
Support goes well beyond manufacturing. For all white label projects, 4EverAlive Labs offers free marketing, operations, and regulatory guidance to help you grow.
