Can I use this Citrus scrub on my legs or arms?

While specifically formulated for the tougher skin on feet, this gel is excellent for other rough areas like elbows and knees. We do not recommend it for the face or chest, as the pumice is specifically calibrated for thicker skin.

Is it safe to use if I have small cracks in my heels?

If you have deep, bleeding, or open cracks, you should wait for them to heal before exfoliating. However, for "surface-level" dryness and minor cracks, the Aloe and Cucumber in our formula help soothe the area while the pumice gently removes the rough edges that cause cracks to deepen.

How often should I use the Citrus-Pumice scrub for best results?
